Your 9 Roundtable Questions & How To Use Them

This is Part 2 of 4 of Your GIVERS Junto Agenda

These 9 questions make up the formal first half of each GIVERS Junto meeting.

All 9 stimulating and engaging questions are to be asked and answered by all members. These stimulate conversations while providing meeting structure and maximize benefits to all members.

GIVERS University has provided open-ended supportive conversations starters to begin the conversations surrounding these 9 roundtable questions.

You can find all of the open-ended supportive conversation starters for all 9 questions below. These conversation starters will provide you with excellent thought-provoking questions to maximize conversations and the results of the same.

Any and all conversations starters can be expanded upon with a follow-up question of Who, What, Where, When, Why, & How to dive deeper into the topic.

These 9 Questions are Rotational and Never-Ending

Proceed as far through the 9 questions during the first half of each meeting as time and the discussions permit.

As an example: You may only get through the first 3 questions at a meeting. Then, begin the next meeting at question 4. When you have completed all 9 questions, begin at question 1 again and proceed through all 9 questions, and so on.

How can we increase each GIVER Junto members ability to GIVE To Be Great?

Conversation Starters: What benefits have you received lately from any person not present? What have you heard or observed of this person’s character or merits? Do you think the power of the GIVERS Junto should be used to oblige this person, or encourage them as they deserve? If so, how?

How can we increase Predictive Results for each of our GIVERS Junto members?

Conversation Starters: To your knowledge, has any person experienced a temporary defeat in their business lately, and what have you heard was the cause? What actions could have taken to avoid this temporary defeat?

How can we increase Massive Prosperity for each of our GIVERS Junto members?

Conversation Starters: Have you heard of any person lately who is thriving, and by what means? Have you heard how any great successes or accomplishments have occurred and what happened? Is there any person who’s friendship  you want, and which the GIVERS Junto members can help you procure?

How can we increase Exceptionalism for each of our GIVERS Junto members?

Conversation Starters: Do you know of any person who has done a worthy action lately, deserving praise and imitation? Or, who has committed an error for us to be warned against and avoid? Do you know of any deserving beginner lately set up, whom it lies in the power of the GIVERS Junto any way to encourage?

How can we increase Happiness for each of our GIVERS Junto members?

Conversation Starters: What unhappy effects of intemperance have you observed or heard lately? Imprudence? Passion? Or, any other vice or folly?

What happy effects of temperance? Prudence? Moderation? Or, any other virtue?

How can we increase Freedom for each of our GIVERS Junto members?

Conversation Starters: Have you observed any encroachment on the just liberties of the people lately? Has anybody attacked your reputation? And, what can the GIVERS Junto do towards securing it? Have you heard any other members character attacked, and how have you defended it? Has any man injured you, from whom it is in the power of the GIVERS Junto to procure redress? Is there any difficulty in matters of opinion, justice, or injustice that you would freely discuss at this time?

How can we increase Greatness for each of our GIVERS Junto members?

Conversation Starters: In what manner can our GIVERS Junto, or any of the members, assist you in any of your honorable designs?

How can we increase the reach of our GIVERS Junto Labor of Love?

Conversation Starters: Do you think of anything present in which the GIVERS Junto may increase its reach, presence, and increased participation of others with our Labor of Love and services to mankind?

How can I increase how I GIVE to, and contribute to, the lives of our GIVERS Junto members?

Conversation Starters: Can you think of anything at present, in which the GIVERS Junto may increase its service to Intelligent Design, Family, Country, Business, or self?

Have you any weighty affair in hand, in which you think the advice of the GIVERS Junto may be of service to you?

Do you see anything amiss in the present customs or proceedings of our GIVERS Junto, which might be amended to increase each members contributions and benefits?
