How Do You Know Who to Choose? You Start with the Letter “D”
The 7 steps in forming your GIVERS Junto spells the word: D.I.S.C.E.R.N.
The first letter is D and it is where you begin. D is for Decide.
You have to Decide who you should have in your GIVERS Junto.
You know that you want to have a GIVERS Insider Junto of 2 to 12 insiders around you, but who do you choose and why?
First, you want to make sure that they are GIVERS and not Takers.
When you know that they are all GIVERS, both you and all of the other members of your GIVERS Insider Junto will give more freely and openly.
This is critical to the success and power of your GIVERS Insider Junto.
To best discern who to select, use the GIVERS 25 Do’s Checklist.
This checklist will contrast their deeds for you.
You will be able to observe and discern the 25 DEEDS (DO’s) of GIVERS (those you want to invite into your Junto) and the 25 DEEDS (DO’s) of Takers (those you will not want to invite into your GIVERS Junto).
You simply observe their deeds, which are the things they do, not the words they speak. Then you simply total the number of deeds at the bottom of the checklist, and you will have your answer right there in front of you.
You will know who to invite into your GIVERS Junto and who not to invite.
