Hello GIVERS — Here is this week’s contribution to add to your Relationship Toolbox.

How Do You Invite Your “Pre-GIVERS”? Step 2: The Letter “I”
The 7 steps in forming your GIVERS Junto spells the word: D.I.S.C.E.R.N.
The second step is to INVITE those whom you think may be accepted into your GIVERS Junto.
Prior to inviting, you must review each invitee with your 25 DO’s Checklist.
The minimum number of checkmarks on the GIVERS side of the 25 DO’s Checklist should be 13 or more. This is the absolute minimum number of checkmarks needed to receive an invitation into your GIVERS Junto.
Any fewer than 13 checkmarks, and they may be too Taker-ish to be in your GIVERS Junto.
If they have pre-qualified with 13 or more checkmarks on the GIVERS side of the checklist, they are referred to as “Pre-GIVERS.”
“Pre-GIVERS” are those that have not yet committed to being a full GIVER and have not yet been accepted by the GIVERS Junto Members into your GIVERS Junto.
“Pre-GIVERS” have not yet agreed to the upfront expectational 3 pillars and 1 intention of your GIVERS Junto.
If it best to first provide the invitee(s) with a short INVITATIONAL audio or video clip providing them with a quick overview of your GIVERS Junto.
This short clip should include the following information:
- Why are you only inviting a limited number of members (state the number).
- What are the benefits of being in a GIVERS Junto.
- What is your GIVERS Junto (provide an overview).
- What do you expect to accomplish with your GIVERS Junto.
- Where and when your GIVERS Junto will convene (meeting frequency).
- What they should do next as a “Pre-GIVER.”
All of this information can easily be provided in a 5 minute or less clip.
This will provide them with the Who, What, Where, When, & Why of your GIVERS Junto. You can make your own clip, or you can use the clip provided by GIVERS University as your invitation.
In the upcoming weeks, you will learn how to form your own GIVERS Junto Chapter or how to become a member of a GIVERS Junto that is already formed.
We will show you exactly how to surround yourself with the kinds of GIVERS you have always wanted around you.
