This pillar is important because it sets forth the 1st expectational vow that each member of your GIVERS Junto is committed to GIVE To Be Great.

Many come from a place of fear of being taken advantage of, and this can make some sense since we have been hooked and crooked so many times that it is easy to become suspicious minded.

This suspicious mindedness can then become a block to the ability to GIVE freely and bountifully.

You can simply become fearful of GIVING or GIVING too much because you believe you will be taken advantage of.

Remember this and know it well: You are never diminished by GIVING. People can and will take advantage of you, but YOU ARE NEVER DIMINISHED. THEY ARE DIMINISHED, NOT YOU.

Plus, you can have deep consolation knowing that the GIVERS Scale of Life will always be in balance, ultimately and you will receive back 3X more than what you gave.

This 3X rule applies to both GIVERS & Takers.

You will get back 3X what you have GIVEN, or you will have Taken from you 3X more than what you have taken.

The GIVERS Junto Credo must be committed to and vowed to up front by each GIVERS Junto member, or you simply must not accept them into your Junto.

This EXPECTATIONAL VOW, which is made up front, will open the door widely for all members to GIVE Freely and Bountifully.

Each member MUST and WILL GIVE To Be Great.
