How To Seed & Water “Pre-GIVERS” So They Become “GIVERS” – Step 3: The Letter “S”
The 7 steps in forming your GIVERS Junto spells the word: D.I.S.C.E.R.N.
Step 3 is to Seed & Water those whom you have invited to be in your GIVERS Junto.
Pre-GIVERS are those who have not yet fully committed to and have not yet been accepted into your GIVERS Junto.
Seed & Water 1
In this Step, you share the 25 Do’s, the 3 Pillars, and 1 Intention of the GIVERS Junto.
Seed & Water 2
You affirm that you are fully committed to the 25 Do’s, the 3 Pillars, and 1 Intention of the GIVERS Junto.
Seed & Water 3
You share that part of the awesome power that comes from the GIVERS Junto is that all accepted GIVERS are able to GIVE freely because all have agreed to be held accountable to the 25 Do’s, the 3 Pillars, and 1 Intention.
Seed & Water 4
At this point, you answer any questions that the Pre-GIVERS may have, then you ask 2 questions.
Question 1: “All Pre-GIVERS must be accepted by all of the GIVERS who are already in the GIVERS Junto. Would you like to see if you can be accepted into our GIVERS Junto?”
Question 2: “If accepted, do you agree to the expectational commitments of the 25 Do’s, the 3 Pillars, & 1 Intention, to which all of us hold ourselves accountable?”
This completes Step 3.
In the upcoming weeks, you will learn how to form your own GIVERS Junto Chapter or how to become a member of a GIVERS Junto that is already formed.
